# Book Risk Widget

The risk matrix is a way of segmenting your book into a matrix or levels based on the value of the account and the overall risk score provided by the system. The matrix can be customised under your organisation's settings. (opens new window)

# BMS Alerts Widget

If you have activated monitoring on a customer, alerts from the past two weeks will appear here.

# Outstanding Bureau Reports Widget

public

A list of all investigated reports which have not yet received the final report. Highlighting items will indicate reports which are overdue according the standard SLA with the bureaus.

# Unreturned Application Widget

Sent applications which have not yet been completed by the applicant.

Applications which have been submitted and are ready for vetting.
